Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Summary: Plays critical role in providing an exceptional support to the client critical network environment and good team player in the operations team.team. Roles & Responsibilities: • Really good communication skills • Strong troubleshooting skills for Routing and switching along with wireless issues. • Must have hands on experience on Wi-Fi , Site Survey , Heat map generation and Networking and experience. • Strong troubleshooting skills on SSID, WLC & understanding of Meraki Template. • Wireless : CWNA, CWNP, CCNA Wireless certification • Hands on Experience on Cisco WLC, Meraki Dashboard and Wireless Access Points • Strong knowledge of TCP, IPv4 and IPv6, and common protocol operations Knowledge of stateful packet inspection, VPNs and ACLs, DNS, DHCP, HSRP • Extensive experience with OSPF, BGP and EIGRP Extensive experience with Layer 2 protocols and associated enhancements (LACP, L2 ECMP, 802.1dws , 802.1x , etc.) required • Ability to work with the teams, should have experience in driving network proactive problem management, availability, and capacity management process. • Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision. • Design and maintain Cisco ISE platforms in conjunction with internal and 3rd party support teams. • Develop and/or integrate applications into the Cisco ISE environment as required by the business. • Provide technical expertise throughout the software lifecycle including design, implementation, and delivery. • Cisco ISE AAA. • Cisco ACS RADIUS and TACACS experience. • Good to have experience in Cisco DNAC. Additional Information: o Bachelor's degree in information technology related field of study with a network/software engineering o Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware. LAN and WAN experience o Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols o Good to have experience on Cisco DNAC and ISE. o Wireless: CWNA, SWNP, CCNA, wireless certification. o Experience of Ethernet/IP transmission technology and systems. o A 15 years full time education is required.
