Business Support Specialist – Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, Poland
J&J Innovative Medicine in Poland is seeking a Business Support Specialist to help coordinate events, streamline processes, and support collaboration across teams. This role plays an essential part in creating smooth operations and well‑organized activities that enable teams to do their best work.
The position involves planning and delivering internal and educational events, managing critical documentation, guiding processes from start to finish, and helping teams stay connected locally and across the region.
Strong coordination, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset will contribute to success in this role. There is also frequent involvement in shaping project plans, improving existing ways of working, and supporting cross‑functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and organizing internal company events and educational meetings with healthcare professionals in collaboration with a travel agency
Coordinating business processes to ensure events and activities run efficiently
Managing agreements, documentation, and process requirements
Monitoring workflows, following up on actions, and ensuring consistency
Preparing and consolidating data, insights, and reports
Reviewing programs and recommending improvements or new approaches
Contributing to the design and implementation of programs and projects
Supporting project planning with cross‑functional teams or leading smaller initiatives
Helping resolve project issues, escalating exceptions, and proposing next steps
Communicating with local departments and regional partners to keep documentation on track
Ensuring accurate data entry into local systems
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in event operations, sales support, commercial roles, or similar areas
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be considered an asset
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
Strong organizational skills and comfort working with deadlines
Experience with project planning or coordination
Learning agility and openness to new ideas
Clear communication and presentation abilities
A collaborative mindset and experience building effective working relationships
A detail‑focused and results‑oriented approach
Analytical skills and confidence working with data
Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in Polish & English is required
High ethical standards in all business activity

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 121.000 PLN gross/year - 194.350 PLN gross/year.
In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year.
