The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist with internal controls for Pension Investments, including SOX documentation, testing, year-end audits, and financial statement disclosures.
  • Support compliance reporting for FBAR and Tax Reclaims by collaborating with external service providers and RTX Legal to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Coordinate with the defined benefit custodian (BNY) to manage documentation for global investment accounts.
  • Compile data for external surveys and benchmarking, such as CEM, NICE, and Pension & Investments.
  • Manage Pension Trust reporting requirements, including GMEI and NFA registrations, and address ad hoc survey requests.
  • Assist with the Manager Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) process, including updates, record organization, and manager follow-ups.
  • Support the SharePoint migration by aligning electronic filing systems with RTX record retention policies and enhancing Pension Database functionality.

What You Will Learn:

  • Gain experience supporting the investment and oversight of approximately $100 billion in Corporate Pension and Savings Plan assets.
  • Play a critical role in providing back-office and compliance support essential to the successful management of Plan investments.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and O365 tools, including Teams and SharePoint.
  • Written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for investments and a commitment to supporting RTX Pension and Savings Plan participants and beneficiaries.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
