We are looking for an Executive, Remittance Centralize Unit (2-years Contract) who will play a crucial role in facilitating international money transfers for our customers and responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions while adhering to regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be report to the Head of Centralize Operation. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing the inquiries and resolving the issues promptly.

  • Assist customers in understanding remittance processes, fees, and exchange rates while educating them on available options/channels.

2. Transaction Processing

  • Process remittance transactions accurately include verifying customer identification, collecting necessary documentation, monitoring transaction status for customer updates and ensuring its compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements .

3. Compliance

  • Conduct due diligence checks on customers and transactions as well as reporting suspicious activities through adhering to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

4.Data Management

  • Prepare the required reports to management and keep in track of customer records and transaction history accurately in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizen

  • A recognized diploma/degree of any discipline.

  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of working experience in related fields.

  • Working proficiency in English (written & spoken) and Microsoft Office application. Ability in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.

  • Strong understanding of remittance processes and money transfer regulations, good sense with high work urgency and attention to details.
