About the team:
Offline Payment vertical caters to our merchant partners by offering them products like QR code, Soundbox, EDC, Loan. Paytm has been a pioneer in merchant space by introducing innovative solutions like QR codes to accept payments and Sound-box to recon payments by voice alerts. We are also distributing loans to these partners via our 'Paytm for Business' App.
About the Role:
We are looking for Growth Managers for accelerating the core growth metrics and user numbers. If you are passionate about mobile and web apps with a penchant towards marketing campaigns, love extreme attention to content & design detail and care about how your work impacts millions of users daily, we want you!Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
-Configure and implement all planned campaigns and ensure timely go-live as per planned
marketing calendar
-Work with content team to create highly engaging creative and content to optimize CTR and
conversions
-Designing and carrying out experiments and A/B testing, to optimize conversion across the
user funnel
-Analyse and report on campaign performance metrics, using marketing analytics tools
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, traffic and business, to ensure
alignment and effective execution
Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Clevertap or similar tools and its features like Journeys, Recurring
campaigns, event based triggers
- Experience in marketing automation and communication personalisation
- Experience handling a small team of campaign managers and helping them implement
campaigns correctly, debug their issues and increase their productivity
- Understanding of marketing analytics and how to track campaign performance including
concepts like impression, CTR, UTM, attribution, conversion funnels and control groups
- Experience working with content teams to draft effective and engaging communications.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in category marketing operations
Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1. Advanced knowledge of Clever tap / Mo-engage or similar tools
2. Working knowledge of Figma
3. Working knowledge of SQL and dash boarding tools like Looker / Looker studio
