Caterpillar Hungary in Gödöllő is looking for a talented and motivated FINANCE ANALYST to drive efficiency improvements and processes for new digitalization and automatization solutions.

We are small in a big where people know and help each others. It is also good to be located in peaceful working environment. We are situated right next to the Gödöllő botanical garden where the fresh air is granted, although working remotely is also allowed at Caterpillar finance.

In Your New Role You Will:

• Join our inclusive and friendly team with family athmosphere
• Report directly to a supportive finance manager
• Gain deep and useful financial knowledge by participating at and co-ordinating the budgeting and forecasting activity
• Work together with us in the monthly closing activities
• Help to deliver periodic and ad hoc internal reports to decision makers, finance and other departments
• Participate in the day-to-day work of the finance departments
• Invent the way how to integrate new data sources into BI system
• Help the Company with your support and co-ordination on the automatization, digitalization of finance functions
• Take the lead on exciting financial projects

Top Candidates Will Have:

• A college/university degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting/IT or related and min.1-2 years similar experience
• Experience or education background in accounting
• Advanced computer skills, including Office applications, combined with tech and digitalization affinity (e.g.: Excel, VBA, Power BI)
• Analytical thinking, good problem solving and well-organized way of working
• A continuous improvement mindset
• English knowledge
