The Operations Associate provides comprehensive coordination, logistical support, and project assistance for El Salvador office operations impacting its growth, culture, and employee engagement.

The role focuses on execution excellence, follow-up management, and operational efficiency, supporting the Operations team in delivering high-impact programs.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Associate collaborates with Service Line Leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Content Providers, and program leaders. This is a primarily execution-focused, supervised role (approximately 90% hands-on execution).

A successful candidate will have excellent organizational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail and time management. The candidate must be proactive, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.

They should demonstrate strong follow-up capabilities, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Activities Coordination, Execution and Logistics

  • Coordinate and execute the logistical aspects of initiatives, activities, and programs assigned.
  • Support activities coordination across service lines.
  • Support program tasks on demand, for example:  RSM Community Connects, the Trainee Program, and the Internship Experience (welcome sessions, monthly workshops, and Interns’ Day celebration support).
  • Assist with RSM corporate celebrations such as Recognition events, International Days, and firm days.
  • Assist with RSM business activities, and others as needed
  • Coordinate with the Workplace Experience team on venue and catering selections and other internal input requests.
  • Attend strategic-initiative planning meetings, take notes, and follow up on action item

Brand Growth and Communications Support 

  • Coordinate the social media content-creation schedule and calendar for the projects assigned.
  • Organize employee participation in content creation, including video and photography for the projects assigned.
  • Coordinate with the Manager on internal content needs (digital and physical office content) for the projects assigned.
  • Assist with specific recruitment-marketing requests and RSM US Careers Site updates for the projects assigned.

Project Follow-up and Tracking 

  • Provide systematic follow-up and tracking for all assigned initiatives.
  • Monitor program timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder task completion.
  • Maintain program tracking systems and provide regular status updates, including calendars and scheduling coordination.
  • Contribute input to documentation, best practices, and process-improvement reports and templates.
  • Assist with meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and action-item tracking.
  • Support post-event reports and feedback summaries.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in project coordination, event management, data management, operations or administrative support roles

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.).
  • Familiarity with project management tools and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media management preferred.
  • Experience in event planning, coordination, or logistics preferred.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Experience working with external vendors and service providers preferred.
  • Proficiency written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (intermediate to advanced written and oral English skills).
  • Strong follow-up and tracking capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong quality control and data driven mindset.
