The Role

The Asset Management HR team provides capabilities that have an impact on the growth and evolution of the culture, and business talent landscape. This global HR team (with offices in Boston, London, Hong Kong and Tokyo) provides a balance of strategic partnership and a set of capabilities that ensure consistent and efficient strategies are used to improve the associate experience and diverse talent capabilities of our organization. We support investment professionals in partnership with the leadership team to enhance the associate experience and drive business results – all in support of delivering exceptional performance for Fidelity’s fund shareholders. This role is Boston based.

The base salary range for this position is $103,000-211,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
