We are looking for a Backend Engineer (SDE-1) who is passionate about building scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain backend services that power our products.

What you’ll be doing

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable backend services.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in Go and/or Python.

• Contribute to Low-Level Design (LLD) discussions and implementation.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

• Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.

• Gain exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native systems.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of professional experience in backend development.

• Strong proficiency in Go or Python (experience in both is a plus).

• Solid foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem-Solving.

• Understanding of Low-Level Design (LLD) and system design basics.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and distributed systems.

• Exposure to CI/CD tools and workflows.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) is a plus.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

• Familiarity with scalable web scraping and structured data extraction is highly desirable.

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Exposure to monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
