This role is responsible for recruiting, enabling, and managing channel partners, driving indirect sales growth, and coordinating internally to deliver competitive, analytics-driven offers to commercial and industrial customers. The ideal candidate has deep familiarity with the retail energy brokerage ecosystem, a large portfolio of broker relationships, strong communication skills, and a track record of building high-performing partner networks.
