Summary:

投資一任契約に係る資産運用関連事務の安定的な運営を行うこと。約定処理、監査関連（内部統制）、運用報告、信託銀行・顧客からの問い合わせ対応、トラブルシューティング、新規設定/解約等。

資金繰り、為替＆ファンド発注等ミドルオフィス的業務も含みます。

Responsibilities:

• 各種取引の発注および計上指図書作成業務
• 一任口座資金繰り管理
• 受託資産（投資有価証券やキャッシュなど）を実際に管理している受託信託銀行のデータとの照合業務
• 運用報告書等の帳票作成業務

必須事項-

• 投資顧問オペレーションの経験者
• 外国籍投信の取り扱い経験あり（Private Equity取り扱い経験尚可）
• Team playerであること（上司/同僚と、確認や報告等で、情報を適切に共有できる）
• 迅速かつ正確な事務処理能力
• 各種ツール（Access, EXCELマクロ等）を問題なく使いこなせること
• 語学レベル（日本語：上級、英語：中級（メール中心））

望ましい事項-

• 特殊な銘柄や複雑な取引に関する問い合わせに対応する知識・経験
• トラブルシューティング：エラーなどが発生した際の影響の調査や対応する知識・経験
• 投資顧問業界の動向や規制に対する基礎的知識があること
• Tstar_GX 経験者
