Sharon Veterinary Clinic is actively seeking a well-organized, motivated, experienced veterinary practice manager. Your mission will be to keep the culture positive and the team efficient, to ensure that each patient and client receive the best standard of veterinary medicine and attention they deserve. You will work closely with the operations director, the doctors, and the support team. You will be responsible for the scheduling of the staff, keeping up with monthly reports, educating and training the staff, and general responsibilities that keep the clinic working effectively and efficiently.  If you are an experienced veterinary technician with management skills looking to advance your career, take your skills and knowledge to the next level, and help support your team to achieve significant advancements in the veterinary industry this is the clinic for you.

Requirements

  • Veterinary Technician and Management Experience are a must!!

  • Can influence and hold people accountable to policies and procedures

  • Is confident speaking to partners, veterinarians, support staff, and our clients

  • Open to flexibility and change

  • Has general knowledge of financial reports

  • Understands the importance of budgets, P & L, Cost of Goods, labor, revenue, EBITDA

  • Able to support the staff with a work/life balance

Salary: $55,000-65,000k
