WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

TIFIN @Work is an AI-powered platform that transforms workplace clients into wealth management opportunities, delivering personalized, scalable investment-focused solutions. As an Implementation and Success Associate  at TIFIN @Work, you will play a critical role in onboarding and supporting our clients, primarily advisors and plan sponsors. You will work closely with the Product team and Lead Success Manager to develop and execute comprehensive project plans, manage successful rollouts, and create tailored demos for clients. This role requires a passion for AI-powered solutions, as you will be on the frontlines, advocating for and demonstrating how TIFIN’s AI capabilities enhance client outcomes and engagement.

THE ROLE:

  • Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new advisors and plan sponsors, ensuring an outstanding experience and seamless integration with our AI-powered platform.
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans for client rollouts, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on-time and on-target implementations.
  • Client Support and Demos: Conduct product demos for advisors, showcasing the AI capabilities and platform benefits while effectively addressing client feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with Product Team: Act as a bridge between clients and the Product team, providing valuable insights and feedback to refine the platform based on real-world client interactions.
  • AI Advocacy: Be passionate and knowledgeable about AI and its transformative impact on financial outcomes. Demonstrate and position the platform’s AI capabilities effectively, helping clients understand the benefits of using AI-powered tools in their advisory practices.
  • Client Engagement and Onsite Visits: Build and maintain strong client relationships, engaging proactively to increase their platform usage and satisfaction. Be willing to travel as needed to client sites to support onboarding and ongoing success initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely within a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in client success, implementation, account management, or customer support role, preferably in fintech, financial services, or SaaS. A background in financial services or fintech is a huge plus.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive project plans, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Passion for AI: Experience with or a strong enthusiasm for AI-powered tools and solutions. Comfortable discussing and positioning AI benefits to clients and demonstrating its impact on their outcomes.
  • Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting to and influencing large groups, including retirement plan advisors.
  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs and translate them into actionable product feedback.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create professional presentations and manage client data efficiently.
  • Willingness to Travel: Willing to travel to client sites as necessary to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset, comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams and adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:

The expected starting salary range for this position in Colorado is between $65,000 - $75,000. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

A note on location. While we have team centers in New York City, San Francisco, Charlotte, Mumbai, Bangalore and Madrid, TIFIN is headquartered in Boulder, CO and our preference is to build the team here whenever possible, so relocation packages are available for any candidate willing to relocate to the Boulder area.
