• You manage job postings across all channels

• You actively source candidates from relevant social platforms

• You produce job descriptions in coordination with respective hiring managers

• You develop and maintain a pipeline of engaged and enthusiastic candidates

• You contribute to the continuous improvement of our hiring processes across the entire lifecycle

• You participate in various recruitment initiatives (employer branding, interview training...)
  

🤝 We want YOU because:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting

• Ideally you have experience in a Series A/B startup

• You are resourceful in finding effective ways to engage with top talent (online and offline)

• You have a positive energy and you are excited about working in a fast-paced environment

• You are responsible person, work in a structured way and are able to manage your priorities and rapidly adapt to changes in the initial plan
