What you’ll do 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) Project Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in configuring and managing Jira dashboards, filters, boards, and views, along with a strong understanding of Atlassian cloud features, particularly Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM). This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and bridge the gap between technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Jira dashboards, filters, boards, and views to meet project requirements.
  • Implement and manage JSM solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Leverage Atlassian cloud features to optimize project workflows and enhance team collaboration.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including Business Leads, Delivery Leads, and Tech Leads, to understand project needs and deliver solutions.
  • Translate technical concepts into business value, ensuring alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Develop training materials, convert change impacts into training content, and deliver effective training sessions to teams.
  • Provide guidance on enterprise designs and roll-outs, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Here’s what you need:

  • Experience: 6+ years in support, software services, or system administration for large end-user communities; 2+ years working with enterprise customers in a high-touch model.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in Jira Service Management
  • Atlassian Expertise: Extensive experience with Atlassian products, including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Jira Align.
  • Migration Experience: Proven track record of successful server-to-cloud migrations.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices and enterprise agility frameworks, like Scaled Agile Framework.

  • Certifications: Atlassian Certified Professional – Jira Administrator
