● 必須要件

• 学士または同等の資格・能力
• 5年以上のネットワーク設計・構築・導入経験
• 読み書きレベルの英語力（KB参照やサポートチーム向け技術問合せのメール・チケット作成が可能なレベル）
• 日本語（お客様との高度な技術的な会話が成り立ち、ご満足いただけるコミュニケーションが遂行できるレベル）

Role Overview:

As a member of the Professional Services division, the F5 Consultant provides end-to-end technical services including the design, implementation, operation, optimization, version upgrades, and migration of F5-based solutions to both new and existing customers and partners.

Through proactive communication and engagement, the consultant identifies customer needs and challenges, delivering outcomes that exceed expectations and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a wide range of technologies, including networking, security, virtualization, containers, cloud, and orchestration, enabling continuous upskilling from both infrastructure and application perspectives.

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with global teams, allowing for the development of communication and cross-cultural skills in a highly international environment.

Even if you do not have prior experience with F5 products, we offer a supportive onboarding environment—including OJT and internal training—to help you leverage your background in networking, L4–L7 protocols, virtualization, or security, and grow into this role.

What you’ll do:

• Deployment, optimization, operational support, version upgrades, and migrations for F5 solutions
• Requirements gathering, solution proposals, and creation of Statements of Work (SOW)
• Troubleshooting, design, implementation, testing, and validation
• Building strong customer relationships through effective communication and value delivery
• Proactively pursuing training and certifications to enhance technical expertise
• Supporting expansion opportunities and post-deployment customer success initiatives

What you’ll bring:

● Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills/experience
• 5+ years of experience in network design, deployment, and implementation
• English reading and writing proficiency (able to search knowledge bases and create support tickets or technical inquiries)
• Japanese (Proficient enough to engage in advanced technical discussions with customers and ensure satisfactory communication)

● Technical Skills

We welcome candidates with deep knowledge and hands-on experience in multiple areas below. You are not expected to meet every single criterion, but we value overall technical strength and adaptability.

• L4–L7 protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP
• Administration of Unix/Linux systems, routers, switches, firewalls
• Web Application Firewalls, load balancing, SSL, VPN technologies
• Scripting/programming skills (Perl, Python, Java, C/C++, Shell, etc.)
• Experience with virtual/cloud environments (VMware, KVM, Proxmox, AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines
