What You'll Do
Responsible for coordinating and administration of the System recruitment programs. Applies principals of employment law to Freeman's recruitment and hiring process to ensure compliance. Works closely with system leadership. Oversees strategies to develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities for clinical and non-clinical positions.


Essential Functions

  • Effectively coordinates the efforts and duties of the recruitment team.

  • Oversees the System process for recruitment, hiring and orientation of new employees in clinical and non-clinical positions. Ensures practices and efforts are in compliance with EEOC regulations

  • Leads by example and ensures HR recruitment team exhibit superior customer service skills to internal and external customers meeting or exceeding the standards of Freeman's Five Star Promise.

  • Prepares new employee files accurately and timely.

  • Maintains integrity of Freeman's application systems, Position Manager, PSN Wizard, and Payroll/Personnel Module of Meditech.

  • Qualifies and prescreens selected candidates in accordance with position requirements, EEOC, and system policies.

  • Sources qualified candidates by: establishing candidate pipelines through creative and cost effective methods, cultivating and maintaining relationships with local recruitment venues and educational institutions.

  • Accurately and timely process of PSNs; distributes within department to appropriate HR employee for entering.

  • Responsible for the development of the recruitment team and process as well as the implementation of recruitment innovations for the system.

  • Promotes and represents Freeman as the employer of choice while delivering customer services to internal and external customers meeting or exceeding the Freeman’s Five Star Promise through venues not limited to system events, recruiter rounding, community out-reach opportunities, and public appearances.

Requirements
Requires knowledge typically obtained through a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Requires previous human resources experience
