We are looking for a candidate to support employee life cycle processes for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
You will be part of small team of 5 total employees, 3 of whom support Estonia.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in HR and wants to learn how this function works in a large multinational company. This role will also be helpful in learning more about local labor laws.
How you will make an impact:
You will be the first point of contact to employees and managers regarding general questions.
You will be able to support the team while also learning from each one of us.
Your background:
Education & experience: during studies ( preferable HR connected area but not must, first intern experience
Soft skills: good communication skills, customer oriented approach, good time management skills
Tools experience: IT System experience( HR system as plus)
Work approach: eager to learn
