The GWP/POP Manager is responsible for the end-to-end development and sourcing of promotional and retail merchandise, including Gift With Purchase (GWP) items, Point of Purchase (POP) materials. This role serves as the key liaison between suppliers, internal cross-functional teams, and the LA headquarters, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency across product categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiar with development process
• Proficient in supplier sourcing, price-quality comparison, testing coordination, quotation, sampling, production supervision, inspection
• Able to solve work problems, ensure on-time delivery and report to LA promptly
• Communication & Execution: Strong communication/coordination skills (suppliers, internal teams, LA) and execution ability

Basic Qualifications:

• College degree or above; 2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and Excel.
• Proactive, rigorous and detail-oriented; strong learning ability, able to work under pressure.
• Basic international trade/export compliance knowledge is a plus.
