This position will report to the Category Management - Reliability and Mechanical Integrity Materials Manager.  Responsibilities will include negotiation, day-to-day support and administration of SAP Material Outline Agreements (MOA) for the enterprise.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies that enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and enable automation of material procurement across the enterprise. This individual will bring strong analytical and negotiation capabilities, a solid understanding of SAP Purchasing modules and processes, and a customer-focused mindset. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to build productive, collaborative relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers. The candidate must be adept at managing multiple priorities and coordinating a diverse range of assignments in a dynamic environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administration and support for Material Outline Agreements (MOAs), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders to analyze data and deliver insights and recommendations that inform sourcing strategies.
  • Support Supply Chain users by troubleshooting MOA-related pricing related issues and guiding system functionality and best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter advisor on Supply Chain systems and requirements, collaborating with Refining, Midstream, and Corporate teams to optimize MOA processes.
  • Drive adoption of leading Supply Chain practices and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives related to MOAs.
  • Perform data cleansing activities to ensure data integrity and provide input into training materials and user enablement efforts.
  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve high-impact business challenges to support operational effectiveness.
  • Analyze and visualize data from multiple sources to generate actionable business insights.
  • Lead supplier pricing negotiations for designated materials and timeframes to enable touchless automation and cost optimization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two (2) or more years of Supply Chain or business relevant experience.
