Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The engineer applies modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to continuously improve and adapt solutions to meet evolving business requirements, ensuring high performance and reliability throughout the software lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and working with various data sources.
- Ability to optimize performance of business intelligence solutions for large datasets.
- Familiarity with scripting and query languages to manipulate and analyze data within Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to business intelligence reports and data accuracy.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
