What you will do:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Warehouse Customer Service Operations to lead our customer service operations within the warehouse. In this role, you will oversee a dynamic team, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders. Your goal will be to drive customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and enhance the overall customer experience through strategic leadership and collaboration. This is an onsite role at our Plainfield, IN location,

  • Develop and implement tailored customer service policies and procedures specific to the warehouse environment.

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to drive performance excellence.

  • Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring prompt and satisfactory outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely with warehouse operations and logistics teams to optimize order fulfillment and service efficiency.

  • Monitor and analyze key customer service metrics to identify improvement areas and implement strategies to enhance the overall experience.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and high-level customer inquiries, maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.

  • Contribute to the development of customer service strategies and initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to customer service and warehouse operations.

 What you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree -required

  • 10 years of relevant leadership experience in warehousing, supply chain, logistics, operations, or project management -required

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems- required

Travel Percentage: 10%
