The Opportunity

• Proven, and hands-on with coding, design, and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on quality and engineering excellence.
• Software engineering experience (C++, C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, or equivalent).
• A BS or MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent technical, design, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Ability to quickly ramp up, understand complex problems, and create solutions across many product.
• Demonstrated experience with languages, such as Python, Java, C#, etc.

What you'll Do

• Build, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Java applications and backend services.

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define, build, and ship new features.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following procedures and code reviews.

• Participate in system build discussions, architecture planning, and performance optimization.

• Work with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of production systems.

• Contribute to continuous improvement in code quality, testing, and development processes.

• Stay ahead of emerging tools, technologies, and frameworks in the Java ecosystem and beyond.

What you need to succeed

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience, including significant experience with Java and related frameworks.

• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and system develop.

• Proven ability to lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and deliver solutions end-to-end.

• A passion for learning, innovation, and delivering high-quality software.
