REPORTS TO:              Talent Acquisition Lead, Associate Recruiting US/CAN

Ingredion is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner who will be responsible for the Associate level recruitment of one or more manufacturing plants accross the US or Canada.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Foster productive, collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proactively resolve issues through effective communication and customer service and Talent Acquisition process improvements.
  • Develop hiring plans for assigned plants/locations based on demand.
  • Identify and attract high-quality talent for requisitions and stakeholder groups supporting Diversity & Inclusion efforts.
  • Manage full life cycle recruitment, from sourcing to pre-hire actions.
  • Engage candidates and represent the Ingredion Employment Brand.
  • Maintain data integrity in the ATS and ticket system.
  • Ensure consistent utilization and updates for compliance and reporting.
  • Enhance candidate experience by providing stage information.
  • Stay informed about talent market trends and advise relevant stakeholders.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Major in business, organizational psychology, or HR preferred.
  • Advanced verbal/written English communication skills required.
  • 1 year of HR experience, ideally with some recruiting activities at the Associate level and/or across different roles.
  • Experience working in a multinational company with an international scope of responsibility (US & Canada specifically), ideally in union manufacturing, food or chemical production environments (preferred).
  • General technology savviness, ideally with candidates sourcing and abilities to leverage social recruiting tools and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) for talent attraction.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday or similar) (preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
