Your Impact

The primary purpose of the Central Selling Director is to lead a team of Lowes associates responsible for building quotes for installation services and selling to the customer. This includes reading installation provider detail worksheets, correctly assigning product, and labor values, contracting with the customer and taking tender via digital application. This leader is responsibile for maintaining consistent execution, ensuring service quality, delivering key operational metrics, and managing internal and external relationships which directly impact the outcome of service delivery. Additionally, the Central Selling Director will also have responsibility of implementing new capabilities to include identifying operational processes, training, establishing performance metrics. This role is critical to Lowe's strategy to differentiate with Services enabling an Omni-Channel experience for customers.

What You Will Do
  • Builds and drives accountability for Central Selling results, identifying and addressing improvement opportunities, and taking ownership of decision-making responsibilities.
  • Drives work streams to meet customer and business needs, assisting leaders in translating business plans into tactical action items, communicating goals and objectives, overseeing work outcomes and ensuring team efforts align for overall org success.
  • Manages Regional Central Selling Manager, monitoring team performance (real-time and historical) to identify and address team performance needs; provides regular feedback and development opportunities to direct reports; conducting performance management for direct reports.
  • Develops and leads execution of implementation strategies for new capacities in Central Selling
  • Supports resolution of departmental opportunities with Central Selling Managers, proactively addressing barriers and assist in development of executable action items.
  • Partners with Central Selling Team to ensure adequate staffing is maintained for long term productions.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree Business or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 8 Years Leadership experience with direct and indirect reporting responsibilities

Preferred Skills/Education
  • Master’s degree Business Administration or related field
  • 10 Years Leading experience with direct and indirect reporting responsibilities
