For NBG Pay, we are currently seeking a competent and experienced Executive & Sales Support Officer located in Athens, who will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and organizational support to the General Managers of two entities, while also supporting the Sales team with coordination, reporting, and day-to-day operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support (GMs)
Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and correspondence for the General Managers
Prepare presentations, reports and meeting materials
Act as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up of actions
Support organization of leadership meetings and internal events
Sales Support
Assist the Sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and customer documentation
Support CRM updates, contract administration and internal processes
Engage with potential merchants to understand their payment acceptance needs (POS, e-commerce, mobile, etc.).
Design tailored acquiring and payment solutions in collaboration with sales and product teams.
Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and demos to merchants, banks, and partners.
Support the sales team with merchant onboarding documentation and due diligence requirements (KYC, risk checks, etc.).
Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisors.

About you
University Degree
Proven experience in executive/administrative support, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Experience within the Fintech/payments industry would be beneficial
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); CRM exposure is a plus
Excellent command of the Greek/ English language (both written and verbally)
Solid understanding of card acquiring, merchant onboarding, and payment acceptance models
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
High attention to detail and strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to multi task
