About the Role

Carrier is seeking a Parts Sales Specialist to support our growing aftermarket business by providing excellent customer service, parts sales support, and inventory coordination. This role will work closely with domestic and overseas dealers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer service and sales support for spare parts to domestic and overseas dealers

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate parts information, quotations, and order status updates

  • Manage and maintain spare parts inventory, including stock monitoring, inventory control, and cycle counts

  • Analyze inventory movement and identify slow-moving or obsolete items

  • Provide technical support and product guidance related to air conditioner spare parts

  • Coordinate with suppliers on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and shipment status

  • Follow up on parts availability and ensure timely delivery to customers

  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory, and customer requests

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, parts administration, inventory management, or related functions

  • Experience in HVAC, air conditioning, spare parts, or technical products is preferred

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Good coordination and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP/SAP is an advantage

  • Good command of English communication
