We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team as Treasury Specialist. The successful candidate will be base in Bangkok Office and responsible for a wide range of treasury activities, including running financial model for short- and long-term planning, managing debt capital structure, optimizing dividend payment plans, mitigating financial risks, and driving treasury strategies in alignment with company policies and objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our company's financial strategies and delivering maximum returns to our shareholders while ensuring financial stability and sustainability. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct thorough financial evaluations employing financial models to forecast future scenarios and precisely assess risks for managerial deliberations, contributing to the formation of strategic recommendations.
  • Establish and enhance strategies for debt capital structure and dividends in line with treasury guidelines and goals. 
  • Manage all aspects of the company's financial risk exposures, including foreign exchange and interest rate risks, with a focus on minimizing volatility impact. 
  • Identify and pursue cost-effective opportunities to mitigate risk while preserving corporate stability and liquidity. 
  • Make informed and strategic investment decisions in collaboration with approved counterparties to maximize returns. 
  • Explore innovative products, technologies, and systems to enhance treasury operations and efficiency. 
  • Implement and maintain robust treasury controls to safeguard corporate assets and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. 
  • Lead discussions and inspire action among stakeholders by providing timely insights and strategic guidance. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred. 
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the field of treasury/finance or a related area. 
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. 
  • Excellent communication with good command in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, levels of the organization, and regions.
