We are looking for a PUBLIC CLOUD GOVERNANCE SPECIALIST based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE (Madrid) office, with at least 3 years of experience in Public cloud governance & processes (AWS or Azure).

Your role

We are looking for a PUBLIC CLOUD GOVERNANCE SPECIALIST. Your main task will be:

  • Contribute to the definition of Cloud strategy.
  • Contribute to the definition of the Public cloud operating model and processes.
  • Define and implement the Public cloud governance model, reporting and KPIs.
  • Define Public cloud guidelines and best practices: cost optimisation, governance, tagging.
  • Build and lead public cloud training & certification program.
  • Update public cloud policy and support entities’ transposition process.

What you’ll bring

You’re sure to fit in if you like technology and are constantly learning about new developments, as well as having an interest in better understanding the risks faced by the Bank. In addition to developing your technical skills, you should also be interested in improving your soft skills

If you think you’ve got what it takes, these are the key skills we’ll be looking for in your CV:

  • University Degree. Post-graduate will be a plus.
  • +3 years’ experience in Public cloud governance & processes.
  • Be used to the Agile ways of working.
  • Knowledge of concepts, applications, technologies of cloud computing.
  • Knowledge of IT operating model & processes and how they change with public cloud adoption.
  • Knowledge of FinOps practice and cost optimisation strategies.
  • Knowledge of methods and tools to develop a blueprint for the future state of IT; ability to develop the roadmap of it, while aligning the processes with business strategies and objectives.
  • Strong Knowledge of Public Cloud Platform (AWS/Azure).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish written and spoken.
