Our Strategic team is looking for a Strategy Planner to join us in Madrid.
We’re searching for someone with strong strategic thinking, a sharp cultural eye, and a genuine interest in social platforms, digital behaviors and what’s happening right now.

This role is ideal for a planner who thinks social-first, understands how ideas live and grow on platforms, and can also connect that thinking to broader omnichannel / 360º campaigns.

A key part of the role involves structuring strategic narratives, building decks and presenting strategy both internally and to clients.

Your role will include…

  • Researching culture, consumer behaviors, trends and emerging signals, with a strong focus on digital and social ecosystems.
  • Translating insights from research, platforms and culture into clear strategic opportunities.
  • Preparing benchmarks and competitor analysis, understanding how brands show up across online and offline touchpoints.
  • Writing creative briefs that clearly frame the strategic challenge and inspire strong ideas.
  • Defining and developing omnichannel strategic proposals, grounded in consumer truths and journeys, with social often acting as the starting point.
  • Structuring strategic narratives and building clear, compelling decks, both for internal alignment and client-facing presentations.
  • Presenting strategy internally and to clients, explaining thinking in a clear, confident and persuasive way.
  • Supporting the development of strategic presentations for local and international clients.
  • Tracking the effectiveness of strategies and helping optimize them when needed, working with brand and performance KPIs.
  • Managing a variety of projects (national, international, B2C, B2B).
  • Collaborating closely with different teams: Creativity, Social Media, Content, Data, Performance.

We’d love it if you have…

  • A degree in Advertising, Marketing or a related field. A postgraduate degree in Strategic Planning or Digital Strategy is a plus.
  • 3–4 years of experience as a Strategist / Planner in an agency, brand consultancy or marketing department.
  • Strong research skills, including desk research and familiarity with qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • A solid understanding of social platforms, formats and trends, and how brands can participate meaningfully in them.
  • Interest in digital culture, technology updates and platform evolution.
  • Strong presentation skills: ability to structure decks with a clear narrative, prioritize ideas and communicate strategy effectively.
  • Confidence presenting both internally and in front of clients, adapting tone and depth depending on the audience.
  • Languages: Spanish (native or fluent) and English (advanced / proficiency level – mandatory).

This role is for you if you…

  • Are naturally curious about culture, people, platforms and what’s new.
  • Enjoy connecting insights, creativity and business goals.
  • Have initiative, critical thinking and a proactive mindset.
  • Feel comfortable turning complex thinking into simple, clear stories.
  • Work well in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Want to keep learning and growing as a strategist.

What we offer…

  • A collaborative, creative and open-minded environment.
  • The opportunity to work with leading local and international brands.
  • A flexible work model based on self-responsibility
(3 days in the office / 2 days remote).
  • Training designed for both professional and personal development.
  • Flexible compensation options (restaurant card, transport card, nursery check).
  • No dress code, come as you are.
