Director, Production Solid Phase Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire production process for Allergy assays, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to global regulations.
• Lead and manage a world-class team to successfully implement production strategies and meet ambitious manufacturing goals.
• Recognize and champion continuous progress projects aimed at improving efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate strictly with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of production processes.
• Track and evaluate production data to stay competitive in the global market and uphold high performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in a highly regulated environment.
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of global production regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to analyze and interpret production data to promote continuous advancement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
