Job Description:

About the role 

We are looking for an experienced, strategic and hands-on professional who will drive new business development, support client growth, and contribute to the development of our products, services, and internal processes. This role works closely with local and international teams, acting as a key link between clients, strategy, and delivery. 

What you will do:

• Identify and analyze new business opportunities and contribute to client acquisition strategies. 
• Lead and coordinate new business pitches and tenders, including team setup, task delegation, and presentations. 
• Collaborate with international colleagues to support and represent the Lithuanian market in global pitches and client projects. 
• Support the improvement of client processes, service standards, onboarding, and transitional client handovers. 
• Prepare client proposals, service packages, pricing structures, and contracts. 
• Work closely with media, research, project management, and advertising teams to support strategy development and execution. 

What we‘re looking for:

• Experience in business development, client management, strategy, or a related role (agency or consulting background is an advantage). 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and markets. 
• Experience leading or coordinating pitches, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. 
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and provide clear guidance to others. 
• Good understanding of marketing, media, or digital ecosystems. 
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
