Services Delivery Intern (all genders)

Job Description

As an intern in Services Delivery Department, you will support back-office activities of Customer Service, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing service delivery.

 

You are responsible for:

• Supporting Customer Service daily activities
• Updating internal database with Work Instructions
• Preparing Lean Daily Management boards
• Creating database with medical equipment to be updated in SAP and Salesforce
• Perform easy daily activities in SAP and Salesforce for various markets related contracts, billing, parts administration

 

You're the right fit if:

• You are currently enrolled as a student
• You are fluent in English at least B2 level
• You know basics of Excel and Word
• You are available to work at least 30 hours/week
