The Instructor Specialist is a threefold role that will integrate people leadership, learning strategy, and learning analytics. This role oversees the learning initiatives for all US based programs, assists in driving learning optimization for those engagements, and reports directly into the global Digital Inside Sales Instructor Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Exercise people leadership with the US L&D team Maps Digital Inside Sales programs and best practices and implements standardized SOPs
Creates a learning program model that complies with client's expectations
Consults with the Instructional Design team on strategy for curriculum design based on client's GTM strategies
Develops, documents, and evaluates L&D projects scope and timeline
Performs QA of program launch in support of launch excellence
Participates in client and leadership escalations regarding training operations and results
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of Learning & Development experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Understanding of full cycle Learning Development strategy, trends and processes from development to ROI assessment Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Knowledge of Tableau and Power BI and ability to perform L&D analytics Experience in performing a gap analysis and strategy for learning intervention
Ability to translate GTM strategies into sales enablement
Experience working within a Learning Management System Admin Learner perspectives
Professional Qualifications:
Good understanding of the Accenture Learning Delivery environment and delivery requirements
Excellent project management skills
Good communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
Ability to quickly identify issues and risks and provide recommendations.
Strong organizational skills and an ability to multi task
Attention to accuracy and quality
Ability to prioritize Able to work and leverage a shared services environment
Proven ability to collaborate with a global audience and has multi cultural awareness.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships Strong people developer skills
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
