Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing product strategies based on market analysis, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive profitability and growth.
  • Overseeing the entire development process from ideation to launch, collaborating with engineering and design to create new products.
  • Leading and coordinating efforts across diverse departments, such as engineering, marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Maintaining a central repository of product information, managing documentation, and ensuring data is used effectively throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards by optimizing business processes related to product management.
  • Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), product performance, and profitability to make informed decisions and adjust strategies.
  • Managing the final stages of a product's life, including updates and retirement, to ensure a smooth transition and maximize residual value.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product or program management.
  • Strong understanding of PLM principles and product development processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • SAP certification preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English).
