What You’ll Do on a Typical Day :

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of business analytics, data reporting, and business intelligence tools to create ad hoc reports, transaction volume reports, and monthly KPI dashboards. The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions for enterprise stakeholders across multiple business units. This includes:

• Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining complex database models.

• Creating and managing BI reports and dashboards to deliver actionable business insights.

• Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

• Communicating analytical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What We’re Looking For :

• Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to functional work (such as Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems, or Business Administration) and 5+ years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education. A Master’s degree is preferred but not required.

• Extensive experience as a Database Developer, SQL Server Developer, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst. Proficient in SQL query writing, data manipulation, and data cleansing (e.g., queries, triggers, views, stored procedures).

• Practical experience in extracting, transforming, loading, and organizing data from multiple sources into reliable enterprise data sets.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access, including pivot tables, reference indexing, VLOOKUP, IF statements, macros, and VBA.

• Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process improvement, and strategic planning. Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.

• Knowledge of Machine Learning and general AI concepts is a plus. High level of attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work against tight deadlines and collaborate with colleagues globally.

• Self-motivated with a proven track record of driving results with minimal supervision. Knowledge of the travel industry is advantageous.
