Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to support and enhance various business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions align with organizational goals, and continuously refining applications to improve efficiency and user experience. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving business demands and a focus on delivering practical, effective software solutions that integrate seamlessly within existing systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Familiarity with integrating Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
- Ability to configure and customize user interfaces and workflows to meet specific business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address application challenges and optimize performance.
- Understanding of data management and security principles within application development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
