What You'll Be Doing:
Greet and assist potential homebuyers in our model homes
Schedule appointments, answer phones, and help manage the sales process
Keep the model home looking clean, professional, and stocked
Prepare marketing materials, organize reports, and update CRM systems
Learn and explain the homebuying process, our floor plans, and financing options
Support our sales team so they can do what they do best — sell homes
Maintain a 90% or higher customer satisfaction rating
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Clear and confident communication skills
Weekend and evening availability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
A polished, professional appearance and business attire
Organized, motivated, and team-oriented
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Where You’ll Work:
This role is full-time and based in our model homes and community offices throughout Central Texas. You'll also visit different Brohn locations as needed.
