Project Manager, Business Strategy & Training
The Project Manager for Business Strategy & Training provides operational, administrative, and project coordination support across strategic team initiatives. This role ensures projects stay organized, on schedule, and operate within established guidelines.
This is a high-accountability, detail-oriented role designed to increase team capacity, streamline workflows, and elevate execution quality.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution Support
Manage project timelines, trackers, and deliverables across strategic initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.
Track action items and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
Support launch planning and execution logistics (communications, toolkits, materials).
Administrative & Operational Support
Prepare presentations, summaries, and executive-ready materials.
Maintain documentation repositories, SOPs, and resource libraries.
Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, purchase requests, item inventory, and more as needed, connected to specific programs and events.
Assist with event or program logistics related to Wellness Advocate initiatives.
Data & Reporting Support
Collaborate with the Business Strategy Analyst and North America Management Team to provide reports on key metrics for strategic initiatives.
Assist with survey deployment and summary reporting.
Maintain dashboards and simple analytics tracking for key projects, as needed.
Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
Communication Support
Draft internal communications and field-facing updates for review.
Coordinate with marketing and leader communications teams on field-facing communication.
Ensure alignment of messaging across initiatives.
