Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables. The position demands effective communication with various stakeholders to manage their expectations, address any arising issues, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic and involves coordinating multiple activities to maintain smooth execution and timely completion of project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead coordination efforts among cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Facilitate risk identification and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Transition.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Ability to manage stakeholder communications effectively across diverse groups.
- Experience in monitoring project deliverables and ensuring quality standards.
- Skilled in identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation plans.
- Competence in coordinating multiple tasks and managing timelines efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service Transition.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
