Our team owns and optimizes the processes, systems, and reporting that power the commercial engine—from lead-to-cash workflows and pipeline governance to forecasting, territory/coverage design, and data integrity. We bring structure to ambiguity, use data to surface insights and opportunities, and translate those insights into practical improvements that increase clarity, accountability, and sustainable growth across the business
