IT Manager Europe – Lead Digital Transformation & AI Innovation

Location: Poland (Poznań) | Scope: Pan-European

At EcoWater Europe, we are looking for an IT Manager Europe who will shape and drive our digital future.

Your impact

As IT Manager Europe, you will play a key role in leading and driving our digital transformation journey across our European organization. You will work hands-on in IT operations, projects and system improvements while expanding your contribution to strategy, data, and AI-driven solutions that deliver real business value.

You will:

• Help define and execute our digital transformation roadmap (data, analytics, AI)

• Partner with business leaders to align IT with strategic goals

• Lead & execute IT and ERP projects from concept to implementation (on time and within budget)

• Drive standardization and support the rollout of Sales & Marketing systems across Europe

• Ensure best-in-class cybersecurity and IT infrastructure

• Build a future-proof IT landscape that enhances performance and customer experience

• Optimize internal capabilities and external partnerships

What you bring

• Experience in an IT leadership role (international is a strong plus)

• Experience in a goods-manufacturing environment is essential

• Interest in developing further in strategy, digital transformation and AI

• Exposure to ERP, CRM, BI (Power BI), and system integrations

• Solid understanding of Sales & Marketing technology ecosystems

• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

• A strong hands-on, execution-driven mindset with the ambition to grow.
