We're a fast-growing, AI-powered B2B SaaS scaleup serving the construction industry, and we're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own and grow our pipeline in the DACH region. As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building long-term partnerships with leading construction companies.
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to help sales teams in the construction sector systematically identify, qualify, and win new projects — turning data into revenue. You'll be joining a commercially ambitious team with a clear mission and strong product-market fit.
Proactively identify and engage prospects matching our ideal customer profile in the DACH market through outbound cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, clearly articulating the value of our AI-driven platform to construction industry stakeholders
Manage your pipeline diligently using CRM tools, keeping records accurate and up to date
Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging and optimize conversion rates
Develop a deep understanding of the construction industry's sales challenges and how our platform addresses them
Contribute to the continuous improvement of outbound prospecting playbooks and sequences
Required:
Fluent German language proficiency (C1/C2 level) — essential for the DACH market
0–2 years of experience in a direct sales, SDR, or outbound prospecting role
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline management
Proven ability to perform outbound prospecting and qualify leads via cold outreach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset
Business-level English proficiency
Based in Germany or willing to relocate (Munich, Berlin, or Hamburg)
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with AI/ML-driven sales tools or intelligence platforms (e.g. Clay, Apollo.io, Outreach, Artisan AI, Unify)
Background or interest in the construction, real estate, or built environment sector
Base salary: $45,000 – $60,000 per year (USD equivalent)
Hybrid work arrangement with flexibility
Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
A high-growth environment with clear career progression into Account Executive or senior sales roles
This is a hybrid role based in Munich, Germany. Candidates based in Berlin or Hamburg, or those willing to relocate within Germany, will also be considered. Proximity to the DACH customer base is important for this role.
