Inside Sales Representative - Stanley Access Technologies (Remote Alberta, Canada)

Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for working with the field sales team (Regional Sales & Operations Manager and Territory Sales Managers) while serving our customer’s pre- and post-sale needs. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for assisting in the relationship and workflow between the company and our clients, responding to their requests and following up with internal departments to ensure the highest quality customer experience possible.
What You Will Do:
Act as a Sales & Project Management liaison between Branch Operations and Sales, assisting with project specific questions.
Provide new quotes and change order quotes to customers to assist Territory Sales Managers.
Process new orders and change orders.
Procure pricing from Allegion’s vendors for use during Allegion bids to customers.
Assist TMs with project take-offs (electronic Take-Offs as well as customer phone or email RFQ’s).
Research dodge reports to scan for projects in the “Planning Stage” (contact Architect whom is providing assistance as needed), “Bid Stage” (gather information to prepare quote, request bidders lists), “Results Stage” (research to find successful bidder, follow-up.)
Follow-up on “Key Project Bids” as assigned by TM’s.
Generate project specific product drawings along with submittal preparation.
Assist TM’s and Architects in writing Allegion product specifications.
Infrequent, but occasionally attending jobsite meetings representing Allegion Sales Team (as needed / requested by Manager.)
Assist customers and coworkers while TMs are out of office on PTO.
What You Need to Succeed:
1+ years previous experience in a Customer Service field.
Additional Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Experience utilizing Salesforce.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in sales and are comfortable dealing with technical products (preferably automatic doors or manual doors and hardware).
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
High energy, positive attitude, TEAM mentality.
Computer literate. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Adobe.
