The Process Engineer drives operational excellence by designing, analyzing, and optimizing manufacturing, repair, and logistics processes. This role leverages industrial engineering principles, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement methodologies to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance in a low-volume, high-mix environment. Working cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams, the Process Engineer identifies opportunities for improvement, resolves complex operational challenges, and implements scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support long-term business growth.

This is an onsite role in our Lewisville TX facility.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Design, develop, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, throughput, and scalability
  • Analyze process performance through data analysis, workflow evaluations, time studies, and capacity planning to identify optimization opportunities
  • Lead root cause analysis, failure investigations, and corrective actions to resolve production and process issues
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard work instructions, and process controls that support consistent operational performance
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to drive productivity gains and waste reduction
  • Optimize production layouts, tooling, workstation design, ergonomics, and material flow to improve safety and operational efficiency
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to execute process improvements and support business objectives
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies, equipment, materials, and manufacturing methods
  • Support engineering trials, pilot programs, audits, and new product introductions
  • Train and coach team members on process changes and continuous improvement best practices
  • Present findings, recommendations, and project results to key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Associate degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline
  • 4+ years of process engineering experience within manufacturing, repair, or industrial operations
  • Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proven ability to analyze and improve operational performance through data-driven decision-making
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (or equivalent)
  • Formal Project Management training or equivalent experience

Pay Range:

$64,900.00 - $108,200.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
