About the Role

Ensure the implementation and delivery of future-fit distribution platforms that meet business objectives and provides a seamless user experience that promotes market leading levels of engagement and adoption.

Responsible for:

• investigation, identification and implementation of digital distribution platform and martech distribution related solutions to improve distribution advisor experience.
• ensuring that future-proof digital solutions meet business objectives while being aligned with company and Group requirements/standards.
• the IT product roadmap alongside the business product roadmap to ensure that the solutions are fit for purpose.
• being the point of contact for Group Digital on distribution solutions.
• supporting the identification and implementation of requirement telemetry to monitor performance and adoption for related features.
• ensuring continuous improvement and stabilization of the solution through constant partnership with relevant business and IT functions.
• working with business process owners to ensure that system processes and business processes support efficiency improvement and automation to provide a positive ROI for customer and distribution platforms.
