The Senior Learning Specialist act as a key advisory support to the employees at Xylem, and is responsible for effective and efficient resolution of their Learning related requests across Global Learning Services Processes in Workday LMS.
Ensure LMS is maintained and updated as per the agreed target operating model
Handle Employee, Manager and HR inquiries related to learning support in scope
Investigate on requests which cannot be resolved by analyzing the nature of the request, and route them to the appropriate HR colleagues, maintain customer contact until request is resolved
Follow up on resolution and inform customer on status
Support HR with demand planning/learning needs analysis (reports, analytics)
Prioritize and solve issues in the spirit of Employee Experience
Act as escalation point of contact within the team
Comply with policies and procedures and service levels
Share knowledge and best practices within HR teams
Track customer queries according to standard operating procedures and produce reports if needed
Review and ensure regular maintenance and update of SOPs in scope
Support the business as per the agreed target operating model with the reporting capability improvements
Support our strategic human capital enablement program (Workday LMS rollout – support data collection, validation, testing activities)
Provide input and support to build and maintain our Knowledge Base Articles for Learning area
Identify opportunities for improvement, standardization
Review current process as well as external best practices to continuously improve the learning administration processes
Deliver training for local learning specialists and coordinate training support activities in order to secure global alignment

Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources or related field preferred
3+ years HR working experience
Learning project support experience related to HR Learning system a plus
Experience in working with service experience platforms and knowledge bases such as ServiceNow, Workday Help or similar is an advantage
Experience with HR Technology, Workday a plus
Ideally experience working across multiple HR domains
Knowledge of Learning processes
Fluency in English
Travel: some travel might be required
