This role is in support of Cencora's third party logistics service in Europe operating through our Alloga business.

The purpose of this role is responsible for developing IT solutions for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities will include:

·       Application development in key Alloga Systems

·       Developing database solutions using industry leading DBMS

·       Designing and Implementing client integration projects

·       Setting up customer EDI integrations

·       Producing and maintaining strict change control

·       Producing and maintaining IT documentation

·       Testing system changes

·       Providing technical support to users

·       Supporting issues related to key Alloga Systems

·       Effectively managing issues in a timely manner according to agreed targets

·       Providing knowledge transfer and training to IT Support function

·       Ensure compliancy with the SOPs training requirements    

·       Provide regular updates to stakeholders/customers/clients
