What You’ll Do:
Achieve After sales volume targets in the region of responsibility. Cascade company targets down and sets up region and dealer targets.
Handle dealers, communicating with them and ensuring a good working relationship align with company policy & directions.
Manage all after sales functions of Authorized Dealers in line with NISSAN standards and policies.
Regular visits to all dealers in order to strengthen relationship, exchange necessary information and give proper advice relating to after sales aspects.
Development and management of all services, products and strategies to increase customer satisfaction, service retention and NOAS & Dealer profitability.
Identify new projects to develop new lines of business from scratch or examples that already exist in the market which will benefit the Aftersales Performance of the brand. Create necessary business plan to realize these projects.
What we are looking for:
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
Minimum 5 years of business experience in Automotive Industry especially in dealer management and after sales operations
Excellent command of English written and verbally
Budget and controlling experience
Strong analytical and strategic thinking
Advanced negotiation and communication skills
Able to listen and understand others
No restriction for travel
