- Lead initiatives to promote ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate responsible AI principles into project lifecycles.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Framework.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and ethical AI infrastructure solutions.
- Experience in aligning technology strategies with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and manage complex AI projects effectively.
- Familiarity with governance models and frameworks that support responsible AI deployment.
- Skilled in evaluating AI risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure ethical outcomes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Framework.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
